All RESULTCO brands offer a unilateral price policy.  All retailers that purchase any brand from RESULTCO must maintain retail pricing.    We do not intend in any way to restrict your selling prices; you are free to sell our goods for whatever prices you wish. Our policy addresses only advertised prices. RESULTCO is not seeking nor will it accept your agreement to abide by this policy, and this policy does not constitute an agreement between us.  We will not discuss nor grant any exceptions or alterations to this policy for any retailer.”  If we discover a retailer not advertising at agreed retail price, we have the option to hold future orders.
